Company History
In 1984, Fung’s Village was established by Grace Fung in Los Angeles as one of the first fresh Asian-style noodle makers in California. Using recipes from the finest artisans in Asia, our Hong Kong style wonton noodles, extra thin wonton wrappers, and egg chow mein are in high demand from restaurants and supermarkets. Other varieties include fresh ramen, fresh buckwheat noodles, and fresh noodles made with whole grains and vegetables.

Albert
Co-Founder
Albert has a Master of Science in Food Science, a Master in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He has worked in Research and Development for the largest food companies, including Pillsbury/General Mills, Inc. and H.J. Heinz Co.
Grace
Founder
Grace has a Master of Science and Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. With health care as her background, Grace is dedicated to providing healthy products and insists on quality ingredients in her noodles.
